Dish: Shepherd’s Pie.
It is a classic British recipe for breakfast, loaded with healthy nutrient-filled vegetables.
Add chopped spinach, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Take a pan top it by sprinkling olive oil and saute onions and a couple of cloves of garlic. After a minute or two, add all the remaining chopped vegetables and stir them for three to four minutes.
